The iVT Expo USA 2026, scheduled for August 19-20 in Rosemont, IL, is set to feature significant advancements in hydraulics technologies tailored for mobile off-highway equipment. A key focus of the expo will be the escalating integration of electronics within hydraulic systems and the industry’s broader shift towards offering complete system solutions. This trend is driven by the need for enhanced precision and efficiency as automation becomes more prevalent in the mobile equipment sector. Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are increasingly seeking these integrated solutions to streamline design processes and leverage specialized expertise, often benefiting from pre-sourced, designed, and validated component packages.
Several prominent companies are expected to present their latest innovations. Bailey International will demonstrate how its hydraulic components, electronic controls, and engineering services contribute to developing smarter, more efficient off-highway machinery. Their showcase will include hydraulic cylinders, valves, sensors, and displays. Additionally, Darren Lockyer, Bailey’s Vice President of Electronics, is slated to present on the evolution of off-highway vehicles through electrification, connectivity, and intelligent control systems.
Bosch Rexroth and HydraForce will collectively present their integrated portfolio of compact hydraulics, encompassing hydraulic, electrohydraulic, and software-based solutions. Key exhibits will include the new EVDR-1206A General-Purpose Valve Driver for precise proportional valve control, hybrid hydraulic system solutions, optimized transmission systems, robust load-holding valves, the EHBL Digital Boom Control Valve designed for increased productivity, and EDG-OBE Piloted Compact Directional Valves featuring integrated electronics. The companies will also display an oil condition sensor, developed in partnership with Tan Delta Systems for real-time monitoring, alongside a comprehensive range of Compact Power Modules (Hydraulic Power Units).
GS Global Resources plans to exhibit its all-in-one hydraulic power units, which incorporate integrated controls. These enclosed systems are designed to protect critical components, ensure system compatibility, minimize potential failure points, and simplify the design and installation phases for OEMs through their plug-and-play functionality.
HYDAC will showcase its Integrated Systems Approach (ISA), a methodology that considers the interplay of multiple machine systems—including fluid power, controls and electronics, and application and system engineering—to optimize machine designs, particularly for automation and predictive maintenance applications. A fully equipped skid steer will be on-site to illustrate this integrated approach.
Rounding out the key exhibitors, Webtec will present the latest generation of its portable Digital Hydraulic Multimeter (DHM). This instrument is capable of testing hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, and hydrostatic transmissions for both mobile and industrial machinery, delivering accurate flow, pressure, and temperature readings. The DHM connects via Bluetooth to the Webtec QuickCert+ app, enabling live data viewing, recording, and sharing directly from the field.
