Nisus Finance is set to launch a new real assets investment platform with the ambitious goal of raising up to Rs 4,000 crore. This initiative aims to capitalize on yield-generating and value-accretive real estate opportunities across India.
The platform is designed to attract a diverse range of domestic and international investors, with a particular focus on family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals from the UAE. A cornerstone of this venture will be the Nisus Yield and Asset Multiplier Fund (NiYAM), which will concentrate on providing structured credit and equity enhancement solutions.
The fund’s investment strategy will prioritize projects such as plotted developments and redevelopment opportunities, areas identified by Nisus Finance as having significant potential for growth and returns within the Indian real estate market.
