WeWork India has secured a significant expansion in Pune, leasing over 204,000 square feet of office space in the Wakad area. The agreement, set for a long-term duration, will see the flexible workspace provider occupy five floors within the Phoenix Millennium Tower 3.
The new lease commences with monthly rents starting at ₹73 per square foot, reflecting competitive rates in Pune’s burgeoning commercial real estate market.
