Two businessmen shake hands over a large deal in a modern office conference room.
Dev Accelerator Limited (DevX) has entered into a significant 9-year enterprise agreement with Manubhai and Shah LLP, valued at ₹110 crore. The deal involves providing 1,00,000 sq. ft. of managed workspace in Ahmedabad, marking one of the largest transactions of its kind in a Tier-II city.
Manubhai and Shah LLP will relocate its headquarters to DevX’s Capital One campus, which offers a comprehensive ecosystem including a managed cafeteria, coffee lounge, wellness facilities, and collaborative event spaces. The campus features 2,000 seats, with over 1,000 already committed in Phase 1, spread across 3.15 lakh sq. ft.
The partnership underscores the increasing trend of institutional adoption of managed workspace solutions, as companies seek flexible and integrated office environments. DevX’s strategic positioning allows it to cater to businesses expanding beyond traditional metropolitan areas.
Umesh Uttamchandani, Managing Director of Dev Accelerator Limited, highlighted the deal as a reflection of growing enterprise confidence in managed workspace platforms for long-term infrastructure needs. This agreement builds on a five-year relationship between DevX and Manubhai & Shah LLP, with the law firm choosing DevX for its new headquarters.
Dev Accelerator Limited operates as an enterprise-focused managed workspace provider, offering end-to-end services including site selection, bespoke fit-outs, technology integration, and facility management.
