Several Indian companies have announced strong financial results for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027 (Q1 FY27), indicating a positive trend in corporate performance. NBFC Kissht reported a substantial 59% year-on-year increase in its consolidated net profit, reaching ₹95.1 crore. This growth highlights the company’s expanding financial operations and market position.
In parallel, Asian Paints announced a significant surge in its profit, which soared by 40% to ₹1,539 crore during the same period. The company also experienced a notable 17.9% year-on-year increase in its consolidated revenue from operations, amounting to ₹10,521 crore, up from ₹8,924 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. This expansion in revenue underscores strong market demand and effective sales strategies.
Kissht’s operating revenue also saw a considerable jump, increasing by 45% year-on-year and 8% quarter-on-quarter to ₹669.5 crore. Including other income, the total income for the quarter stood at ₹676.5 crore, while total expenses were ₹548.9 crore. Tax expenses also rose by 63% year-on-year to ₹32.6 crore.
