Lodha Developers has announced a sales booking target of Rs 24,000 crore for the current fiscal year, signaling an anticipated 17% growth. This projection is underpinned by consistent demand within the housing market.
The company’s performance in the previous financial year demonstrated robust growth, with sales bookings increasing by 16% to reach Rs 20,530 crore. Net profit also saw a significant rise, climbing to Rs 3,430.7 crore from Rs 2,766.6 crore the year prior. Furthermore, total income grew to Rs 17,119.5 crore.
Lodha Developers aims to capitalize on the steady housing market demand to achieve its targeted pre-sales growth in FY27.
