Wipro Networks is set to acquire Mindsprint, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Olam Holdings, for USD375 million. The deal, signed in April 2026, is expected to close by June 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
Mindsprint, based in India, specializes in technology, cybersecurity, and digital solutions. It serves sectors including food and agri-business, manufacturing, retail, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, and life sciences across the United States, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
Olam Holdings has enlisted K&L Gates and Trilegal as legal advisors for the transaction. K&L Gates’ team is composed of lawyers from Singapore and Australia. Wipro is being represented by Baker McKenzie, with M&A teams from Singapore and Amsterdam, and antitrust teams from Saudi Arabia and Australia.
The acquisition will enhance Wipro’s capabilities in providing technology and digital solutions to a broader range of industries globally. The deal signifies a strategic move for Wipro to strengthen its market presence and service offerings in key sectors.
