DLF, a major real estate player, has finalized the sale of its IT-ITeS SEZ project and associated vacant land in Kolkata to Srijan Group for ₹710 crore (approximately $85 million). This transaction aligns with DLF’s strategic initiative to monetize its commercial assets.
The deal encompasses the transfer of DLF TechPark II and nearly 18 acres of land. This move signals DLF’s exit from this particular asset in Kolkata, allowing the company to reallocate capital to other strategic investments.
