Integrated solar, wind, and battery storage power generation facility in a desert landscape.
ACME Solar has secured a significant funding round of over ₹3,400 crore from the Power Finance Corp (PFC). This capital infusion is earmarked for the development and construction of the ACME Urja One Phase III project, a substantial 250 MW undertaking.
The project represents a sophisticated approach to renewable energy generation, combining solar, wind, and advanced battery storage technologies. This integrated strategy aims to ensure a reliable and consistent power supply, addressing the intermittency challenges often associated with renewable sources.
Spanning across the key renewable energy hubs of Rajasthan and Gujarat, the ACME Urja One Phase III project is anticipated to reach commissioning next year. The investment from PFC underscores the growing confidence in ACME Solar’s project development capabilities and the strategic importance of hybrid renewable energy solutions in India’s energy transition.
