Real estate developer Omaxe is set to significantly expand its footprint in the hospitality sector, announcing plans to invest Rs 6,200 crore in a dedicated hospitality vertical. The company aims to launch 19 hotels across five key Indian states within the next five years.
This strategic move will see Omaxe focus on developing properties in major urban centers and popular pilgrimage destinations. A substantial portion of the investment is earmarked for Uttar Pradesh, reflecting the state’s growing economic and tourism potential.
The initiative is designed to complement Omaxe’s existing real estate developments by integrating hospitality services. Upon reaching stabilization, the new vertical is projected to generate over Rs 1,000 crore in annual revenue, signaling a significant new revenue stream for the company.
