DDA Towering Heights Scheme: Booking Extended to June 30

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced an extension for its ‘DDA Towering Heights’ residential scheme, located in Karkardooma, East Delhi. The booking period will now remain open until June 30, offering prospective buyers and government agencies an additional opportunity to secure flats in what is described as Delhi’s tallest residential building.

This 48-storey tower is a key development under the city’s Transit Oriented Development (TOD) policy, aiming to integrate residential spaces with public transportation hubs and enhance urban living. The extension of the booking deadline is intended to provide more time for individuals and agencies to consider and complete their purchase of these units.
