Ashwini Vaishnaw recently inaugurated BEML’s ‘Aditya’ complex in Bengaluru, marking a significant step forward for India’s efforts to develop an indigenous bullet train.
During the inauguration, Vaishnaw highlighted that the Atmanirbhar version B-28 of the bullet train is being jointly designed by ICF and BEML. He added that the manufacturing of this version will take place at BEML’s Aditya Plant, a facility specifically designed and equipped with advanced, high-precision machines, including robotic laser welding systems.
