Executives from Olam and Wipro shake hands after deal, India.
Singapore-based Olam Group has agreed to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mindsprint, to Wipro Networks for USD375 million. K&L Gates, Trilegal, and Baker McKenzie are advising on the deal.
The transaction, subject to regulatory approvals, is part of a broader strategic engagement between Olam Group and Wipro. Olam Holdings, the investment arm of Olam Group, is being advised by K&L Gates and Trilegal. Wipro Networks is represented by Baker McKenzie.
Mindsprint, based in India, specializes in technology, cybersecurity, and digital solutions for sectors including food and agri-business, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare across the United States, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
The agreement was signed in April 2026 and is expected to close by June 2026.
