AI Cybersecurity Risks Escalate; Nykaa Sees Q4 Profit Surge

In financial news, beauty e-commerce platform Nykaa reported a significant surge in its fourth-quarter (Q4 FY26) consolidated net profit, which quadrupled year-on-year to INR 78.8 Cr. This growth was driven by expanding margins and a 28% rise in operating revenue to INR 2,648 Cr. For the full fiscal year FY26, Nykaa’s profit grew 182% year-on-year to INR 203.9 Cr.
Travel-focused fintech startup Scapia has raised approximately $63 million, led by General Catalyst. The funds will be used to enhance its product suite, bolster its AI capabilities, and expand its customer base. Scapia, which offers co-branded credit cards and travel booking services, has raised $135 million to date.
Travel tech platform ixigo’s consolidated net profit for Q4 FY26 increased by 91% year-on-year to INR 32.1 Cr. Operating revenue saw a 9% rise to INR 308 Cr. For the full FY26, ixigo’s profit grew 19% to INR 71.5 Cr, with operating revenue up 34% to INR 1,228 Cr.
Healthtech unicorn Innovaccer has acquired the assets of US-based revenue cycle management (RCM) provider CaduceusHealth for $66 million. This marks Innovaccer’s fifth acquisition in two years and is part of its strategy to expand its AI-led RCM services.
