US-based Jeh Aerospace has secured a long-term supply agreement with France-based Liebherr-Aerospace, an original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Under the agreement, Jeh Aerospace will manufacture and supply precision landing gear components for narrow-body commercial aircraft programs from its facility in Hyderabad. This collaboration integrates Jeh Aerospace into Liebherr-Aerospace’s global industrial network, enhancing the supply chain for critical aircraft components.
Martin Wandel, COO and Managing Director at Liebherr-Aerospace, emphasized Jeh Aerospace’s manufacturing capabilities and commitment to operational excellence as key factors in the partnership. Vishal R Sanghavi, Founder and CEO of Jeh Aerospace, highlighted the critical nature of landing gear systems and his company’s track record of precision and process discipline, noting the delivery of over 200,000 flight-critical components without quality issues.
The agreement underscores the increasing integration of global aerospace supply chains and the strategic importance of precision engineering in the aerospace sector. This partnership not only strengthens Liebherr-Aerospace’s manufacturing network but also positions Jeh Aerospace as a key player in the supply of essential aircraft components.
