A helpline operator assists students with post-result queries at a CBSE support center.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the launch of dedicated helplines and email support services to assist students with any queries they may have following the recent release of the Class XII examination results. This initiative aims to provide students with timely and accurate information regarding their results and related procedures.
The Class XII results saw a pass rate of 85.20%, with female students achieving a higher pass percentage than male students. In parallel, the board has also introduced a significant policy change, mandating the study of three languages for students in Class IX starting from July 1, 2026. Two of these three languages must be of Indian origin. Under this new policy, no board examination will be conducted for the third language in Class X.
