The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has admitted an insolvency petition against Prime Focus Ltd., a company specializing in global VFX and post-production services. The petition was filed by Reliance Alpha Services Pvt Ltd. concerning a claim of Rs 353.79 crore.
Prime Focus Ltd. is contesting the validity of the claim and has subsequently approached the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) seeking relief from the NCLT’s decision. Despite the legal challenge, the company has stated that its business operations are continuing as usual.
