Dev Accelerator Limited (DevX) has entered into a ₹110 crore enterprise agreement with Manubhai and Shah LLP, marking a significant transaction in India’s managed workspace sector. The 9-year contract, covering 1,00,000 sq. ft., underscores the increasing adoption of flexible workspace solutions by large enterprises in Tier-II cities.
Manubhai and Shah LLP will relocate its Ahmedabad headquarters to DevX’s Capital One campus. This campus is designed as an integrated workplace ecosystem with amenities including managed cafeteria, wellness facilities, and collaborative event spaces. The move signifies a deepening five-year relationship between DevX and the law firm.
The Capital One campus already hosts various enterprise tenants from sectors including IT & Digital, and Healthcare & Life Sciences, demonstrating the demand for integrated, enterprise-grade workspaces. Openxcell Technolabs Private Limited and Tatvic Digital Analytics Private Limited are among the IT tenants, while Aqkode and Advanced Clinical India Private Limited represent the Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors.
Umesh Uttamchandani, Managing Director of Dev Accelerator Limited, emphasized the deal’s strategic importance, reflecting growing enterprise confidence in managed workspace platforms. DevX operates 28 centers across India, managing over 14,000 seats and 8.6 lakh sq. ft. of flexible workspace, with a significant footprint in Tier-II cities.
