ONE Atmosphere, a hospitality brand under Atmosphere Core, has announced a substantial investment of Rs 500 crore dedicated to the expansion of its luxury service apartments vertical. This strategic move aims to bolster its presence by scaling up to 7,500 keys over the next five years, catering to both domestic and international markets.
The investment is a direct response to the burgeoning demand within India’s extended-stay accommodation sector. This market is increasingly driven by consumers seeking a blend of spacious living, hotel-like amenities, and dedicated services, particularly for longer durations. The extended-stay segment has seen significant growth, fueled by corporate travel, project-based work, and a rising preference for residential-style accommodations that offer greater comfort and privacy.
ONE Atmosphere is set to launch its inaugural property in Gurgaon in 2026. Following this launch, the company plans to extend its footprint across various key cities in India and selected international destinations. This expansion strategy underscores a commitment to capturing a larger share of the premium serviced apartment market, leveraging the brand’s focus on luxury and service quality.
