Open-plan office with workers, target revenue displayed
Incuspaze is poised to acquire iKeva, a move expected to generate ₹100 crore for the company. This strategic acquisition will bolster Incuspaze’s presence in the flexible workspace market, particularly in key South Indian cities.
iKeva currently operates 18 workspace centers spanning 500,000 square feet across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The company has ambitious plans to double this capacity within the current fiscal year, a growth trajectory that Incuspaze aims to leverage.
For Incuspaze, the acquisition of iKeva is a significant step towards its broader financial objective. The company has set a target of achieving ₹1,000 crore in annual revenue by FY28-29. This target is to be realized through a multi-pronged strategy that includes organic expansion, enhancing occupancy rates within its existing enterprise client base, and undertaking further strategic acquisitions like the iKeva deal.
The acquisition is expected to integrate iKeva’s established network and operational capacity into Incuspaze’s growing portfolio, aligning with the parent company’s aggressive expansion and revenue growth plans in the competitive co-working and managed office sector.
