New Delhi – At-home salon and spa services provider Yes Madam has announced the closure of its maiden institutional funding round, securing ₹50 Crore (approximately $5.2 million) from the Info Edge Growth Fund. The capital infusion is earmarked to accelerate the startup’s expansion across new Indian cities, enhance its technological infrastructure, and bolster its partner network and customer experience.
Founded in 2016 by Mayank Arya, Aditya Arya, and Akanksha Vishnoi, Yes Madam specializes in providing salon and spa services for both male and female customers directly at their homes. The company’s core offerings include waxing and facials, supported by a network of over 12,000 service providers. Yes Madam operates on a low commission model, enabling its partners to achieve average monthly earnings of ₹25,000, with top performers reaching up to ₹60,000. The startup differentiates itself through the use of proprietary mono-dose products for single-use applications and a transparent pricing structure that separates service and product costs.
Currently operational in approximately 55 cities, Yes Madam reports fulfilling around 7 Lakh bookings monthly and has achieved over 65 Lakh bookings since its inception. The company claims a net promoter score (NPS) of 50% and a customer retention rate close to 80%.
