Air India has received its fourth Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, registered as VT-AWD, which has landed in Delhi. This delivery marks a significant step in the airline’s ongoing fleet modernization and transformation program, aimed at enhancing its operational capabilities and passenger experience.
The new Dreamliner is expected to be deployed on medium and long-haul international routes, reinforcing Air India’s commitment to expanding its global network. The airline anticipates further widebody aircraft deliveries in the coming years as part of its strategic growth initiatives.
