Adani Group is reportedly in advanced negotiations with international hotel operator Accor and domestic player ITC Hotels to manage its portfolio of hospitality assets. The conglomerate is seeking strategic partners to oversee properties previously owned by Jaiprakash Associates Ltd., which Adani acquired as part of a broader debt resolution deal.
Sources familiar with the matter indicate that Adani is in talks with Accor for the management of hotel properties located in Delhi and Agra. Separately, discussions are ongoing with ITC Hotels for a resort situated in Greater Noida. The potential agreements may also involve investments from the management partners in property upgrades and refurbishments.
