Aerospace component manufacturing facility utilizing CNC machines.
JJG Aero, a key player in India’s aerospace component manufacturing sector, has announced a substantial investment plan of ₹200 crore to fuel its expansion. The company aims to more than double its current operational capacity, with a strategic target of operating over 1,000 Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines by the year 2030.
Currently, JJG Aero manages a fleet of approximately 100 CNC machines. The expansion strategy involves an immediate addition of 60 machines within the next year, followed by a phased scaling towards the ambitious long-term goal of exceeding 500 machines. This significant capital infusion underscores the company’s commitment to enhancing its production capabilities and capitalizing on the growing demand within the aerospace industry.
The investment is expected to bolster JJG Aero’s position in the competitive aerospace supply chain, enabling it to take on larger contracts and diversify its product offerings. This expansion aligns with India’s broader manufacturing growth objectives and the increasing global focus on diversifying aerospace supply chains.
