Flexible workspace provider Incuspaze has significantly expanded its presence in Gujarat by leasing 60,000 square feet of office space at Million Minds Tech City. This new deal, situated within the rapidly developing Ahmedabad-GIFT City corridor, increases Incuspaze’s total leased area in Gujarat to 170,000 square feet.
The expansion is a direct response to the growing demand for flexible office solutions from financial services and technology companies operating within the GIFT City economic hub. This strategic move positions Incuspaze to capture a larger share of the market as businesses increasingly seek agile workspace arrangements.
