Sterlington, a law firm specializing in corporate, litigation, and executive compensation, has advised the management team of Precision Aerospace Holdings, LLC (PAH) on its sale to Precinmac LP. The deal sees Precinmac, a manufacturer of high-complexity precision components, expand its portfolio in the aerospace, defense, and space sectors.
PAH, established in 2022, consolidates several operating companies focused on electronic discharge machining (EDM) and precision machining. The acquisition by Precinmac enhances its position in manufacturing precision components for critical industries.
The Sterlington team advising on the transaction was led by Executive Compensation partner Jeremy L. Goldstein and M&A partner Christopher S. Harrison, with support from partners Jake Ebers and Michael Gilligan.
