Ola Electric has announced a significant price reduction for its Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh electric motorcycle, slashing the price by Rs 60,000. The move comes as the company scales up production at its Gigafactory and enhances its in-house cell manufacturing capabilities.
The Roadster 9.1 kWh is now available for Rs 1,29,999. According to Ola Electric, the price cut reflects increased production efficiency achieved through its Gigafactory operations and in-house 4680 Bharat cell production.
In response to high demand, Ola Electric is implementing limited purchase windows for the Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh model. This strategy aims to manage production and ensure timely delivery to customers.
