Bradford-based Commerce Business Systems Ltd (CBS) has acquired ASK The Office Equipment Specialists, a move aimed at significantly expanding CBS’s service portfolio. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition integrates ASK’s customer contracts, staff, and vehicles into CBS, with both entities operating under the CBS brand from its Bradford headquarters. This deal broadens CBS’s capabilities beyond its existing managed print, IT, and telecoms services to include office interiors, supplies, workwear, and equipment.
Greg Colehan, formerly ASK’s managing director, will now lead the expanded business equipment and supplies division. John Green, CBS managing director, emphasized the shared values and service-led approach of both companies, anticipating enhanced customer choice and a strengthened market position across Yorkshire and the wider North.
