The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has initiated a customer satisfaction survey running from April 13 to May 10. This survey is part of the 13th edition of a global benchmarking exercise managed by the Transport Strategic Centre.
The aim is to evaluate passenger perceptions and pinpoint areas needing improvement within Delhi’s metro operations, according to a statement by DMRC. The survey intends to provide insights into service quality and operational efficiency from the perspective of daily commuters.
