Engineers at H2LooP working on embedded systems and AI for hardware devices.
AI startup H2LooP has raised $2 million (₹18.59 Cr) in seed funding led by Speciale Invest and 3one4 Capital. The funding aims to scale H2LooP’s AI platform and expand enterprise deployments.
A portion of the capital will support expansion into sectors including data centers, UAVs, and robotics, focusing on reliability, real-time performance, and data control.
Founded in 2025 by Sairanjan Mishra and Pulkit Agarwal, H2LooP develops AI tools for managing software within hardware devices like cars, drones, medical equipment, and consumer electronics. The AI platform analyzes existing code to generate documentation for engineers developing or debugging embedded software.
H2LooP offers specialized small language models (SLMs) to help engineers debug issues, design systems, and write secure code in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and semiconductors.
The platform analyzes debug and crash logs and helps teams understand complex legacy code. H2LooP is also developing a data platform for hardware engineering, along with coding models designed for software running inside physical systems.
Currently, H2LooP is working with semiconductor, defense, and telecom companies for real-world deployments.
According to Inc42’s Indian Tech Startup Funding Report, investments in the AI segment increased by 73% YoY to $253 million in Q1 2026. The Indian AI market is projected to reach $126 billion by 2030, contributing an estimated $1.7 trillion to the country’s GDP by 2035.
