Bank of Baroda has launched bob SAMVAD, an AI-driven multilingual platform designed to enhance in-branch customer service. The platform enables real-time translation across 22 Indian languages, facilitating communication between bank staff and customers in their preferred language.
The new system aims to eliminate language barriers within bank branches. Customers can communicate queries either by speaking or typing, which are then translated instantly. This initiative is expected to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
