Collective Studios, in collaboration with True Story Films, has announced the launch of ‘Khana Dil Se – An AI Journey Through India’s Kitchen,’ marking India’s first AI-powered food show. This episodic series aims to explore India’s culinary heritage through the use of artificial intelligence.
The show is created by Hansal Mehta, who returns to food storytelling after decades since ‘Khana Khazana.’ Chef Shamsher Ahmed serves as culinary consultant, bringing his expertise in regional cuisines to the series.
‘Khana Dil Se’ seeks to blend traditional culinary practices with modern technology, offering viewers a unique perspective on Indian cuisine. The series will delve into various regional dishes and culinary traditions, enhanced by AI-driven insights.
