Delhi Metro's expanding network for seamless connectivity.
Delhi Metro is expanding its network with the construction of 14 new interchange stations as part of its Phase III project. These stations will connect the Pink and Magenta lines with existing metro routes, aiming to provide commuters with easier transfers and seamless connectivity across Delhi’s metro network.
The new interchange stations will feature foot overbridges (FOBs), ramps, and underground passages to facilitate smoother transitions between lines. Travelators will be installed at busy hubs to assist passengers, and color-coded signs will guide travelers through the stations.
This expansion is designed to enhance the overall commuting experience in Delhi, making it easier for passengers to navigate the metro system and reach their destinations efficiently.
