Wingify and AB Tasty merge to form a global SaaS entity.
Indian SaaS company Wingify has merged with French rival AB Tasty, creating a $500 million entity. The deal aims to leverage the strengths of both companies to offer a more diversified and comprehensive suite of services to their combined customer base of 4,000 clients globally.
Wingify, known for its Visual Website Optimizer (VWO) platform, has grown to $50 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and was acquired by Everstone Capital in January 2025 for $200 million. AB Tasty brings a strong presence in Europe, particularly in France and the UK, with a focus on large enterprise e-commerce clients. Wingify’s customer base is primarily in the US, targeting mid-sized companies in sectors like media, software, and travel.
According to CEO Sparsh Gupta, the merger will enable cross-selling of features to each other’s existing customers. AB Tasty offers capabilities in merchandise recommendation and search, while Wingify’s products are geared towards experimentation, analytics, and optimization. The integration of AI-powered user research tools from Blitzllama, acquired by Wingify in 2025, will further enhance the platform’s capabilities.
The combined entity has approximately $120 million in revenue. Gupta will remain the CEO, with key leadership roles retained by executives from both companies. The integration process will take several quarters, with teams merging across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer service.
